Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what personal information NAV SEAL LTD. (“NAV SEAL”, “we”, “us”) collects through navseal.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to answer your questions and work with you, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to navseal.com and to people who contact us, book a call or otherwise interact with us through the website. It does not cover business data we process on behalf of clients during a project (for example data in your Business Central environment). That data is handled under the agreement we have with your organization.
Information you give us
We collect information you choose to provide, including when you:
- use our contact form – your name, email address, subject and message;
- book a call through our online booking calendar – your name, email address and any details you add, such as company name, phone number or notes;
- email us or submit a support request – the information contained in your message.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information such as health information, government ID numbers or payment card details through the website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, some technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit. This information helps us keep the website secure, understand how it is used and improve it. It is collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies (see the next section).
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos, and our booking calendar may also set their own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the website work.
Information from other sources
We may also collect business contact information, such as a name, job title, company and work email address, from publicly available sources like company websites and professional networking sites, so that we can contact businesses that may benefit from our services. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- schedule and hold calls and meetings;
- provide information about our services that you asked for, and follow up on your inquiry;
- send occasional business emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us;
- maintain, secure and improve the website;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Service providers we use
We use trusted third-party providers to run our website and business. They process personal information on our behalf and only for the purposes we describe here. They include:
- WordPress.com (Automattic) – website hosting;
- Zoho – appointment booking, customer relationship management and our support knowledge base;
- email and productivity providers – sending and receiving email;
- analytics providers – measuring website traffic;
- YouTube – hosting the videos embedded on our pages.
When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it:
- with the service providers listed above, so they can perform services for us;
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information would remain protected by this policy.
Where your information is stored
NAV SEAL is based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, including the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, for example while we are discussing or working on a project with you, or as long as needed to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the website and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- stop sending you marketing emails.
Depending on where you live, for example in the EEA, the UK or certain US states, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to or restrict processing, or to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email info@navseal.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we may also notify you by email or with a notice on the website.
