Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using navseal.com. They are written to be read, not just accepted, so we have kept them as plain as we can.
Agreement to these terms
This website, navseal.com (the “Website”), is operated by NAV SEAL LTD. (“NAV SEAL”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in Apollo Beach, Florida, USA. By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
This website vs. our consulting services
These terms cover your use of the Website only. Any consulting, development, implementation, data migration or support work we do for you, and any software we license to you (for example our DocuSign integration or migration tools for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or license terms. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents take priority.

We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but we may change, update or remove content at any time without notice.

General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
