From Research Request to Accepted Values
1. Choose items
Select Research Product Information on one item, or on several from the item list.
2. The agent researches
It reads the pages you registered for the item, its vendor or its category first, then searches the web to fill gaps, and checks it has the right product.
3. Business Central checks
Every value is validated and converted to your units before you see it. Invalid values are kept but blocked.
4. You review
Each finding shows its source page, evidence and confidence. Accept or reject line by line.
5. Apply accepted
Only the accepted lines are written to the item. One failed line does not stop the others.
What it can propose
Descriptions and marketing text in your language and tone, specifications, weights and dimensions, identifiers such as GTIN, a product picture, a datasheet, and extra item fields you choose.

Every research run has a cost limit you set, and the AI usage log shows what was used.

The agent runs inside Business Central, so there is nothing separate to host. Four things need to be in place.

The agent is an extension that adds Research Product Information to your item card and item list. An administrator switches on HTTP access so pictures and datasheets can be downloaded.
